FOTD: Rusty… yet fabulous!

1 Sep

Hey Glams! How’ve you been? I missed you desperately & am so glad to be back in action 🙂 After an entire week without blogging I feel a bit rusty (hence the title) LOL! But it’s just like riding a bike, ya know? Today I used NYX Ultra Pearl Mania loose e/s in “Penny,” which is one of my favorite NYX eyeshadows!!! Warm, pinkish-reddish-copper color + metallic sheen = to die for! ENJOY

PRIMER:  Coastal Scents Shadow Worx Matte e/s primer

BASE: NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk

SHADOW: I used NYX Ultra Pearl Mania loose e/s in “Penny” on the majority of my lower eyelid. Then I used matte off white to highlight my tearducts & matte dark brown to shade e/s  to shade my outer v (both from Wet N Wild Vanity palette). Finally, I used matte camel e/s to highlight my brow bone (also WNW Vanity).

OTHER DETAILS… I used CoverGirl single e/s in Smolder to define my eyebrows. L’Oreal Collagen Mascara in Blackest Black on my eyelashes. I defined my waterline using Wet N Wild pencil in lilac, & set the eyeliner by applying CoverGirl e/s in “Purple Pop” with my pencil brush.

LIPS:  Carmex + “Stop Violence in the Home” lip gloss by The Body Shop

CHEEKS: Black Radiance sheer finish blush in Soft Honey

FACE: Estee Lauder pressed powder in Deep

SN about my hair: Yes, I am still rocking my Summer 2011 staple style: the finger coil… Click here to watch a video tutorial on this easy & low-maintenance hairdo!
