CoverGirl Purple Pop eyeshadow
My comments: I paid $3.50 for this e/s at my local Target. As I stated in the previous post, I like it, but it didn’t knock my socks off. I’d recommend this e/s for a newbie looking to experiment with purple, b/c it’s inexpensive & isn’t extremely bold in color. However, a certified e/s junkie, will probably not be impressed.
Kinky-Curly Knot Today
My comments: I paid $11.99 for an 8 oz bottle at my local Target. I should have given this product 50 stars, because it exceeded ALL of my expectations! It smells great & does everything it promises to do. I recommend it for anyone with curly hair.
Cantu Shea Butter Leave-In Conditioning Cream
My comments: I paid about $5.99 for a 16 oz jar at my local Walmart. I knocked some points off on the packaging, b/c I dislike large jars of hair product. I always transfer a “serving size” to a smaller container, so that I don’t contaminate the entire jar with my stray hairs. OCD?!? Maybe a little. Anyway, your boo will enjoy snuggling up to you with this product in your hair b/c it smells AMAZING! It gave my curly fro great moisture & hold, but be careful not to use too much, otherwise your hair will feel product-y. BONUS: it yields great roller sets 🙂 YAY! I recommend it for anyone with dry hair (either relaxed or natural).
Ruby Kisses HD Gel Liner (in Teal & Green Shimmer)
My comments: These gel liners are $3.99 each @ my local BSS. My only gripe about these liners is that you have to put on 2 coats to get the color to show. But once they’ve set they DO. NOT. BUDGE! Even after I’ve had eyeljner on for 15 hours, I have to use eye makeup remover to take it off. Bottom line: I like em a lot & would buy them again.
