Tutorial: Dry roller set

28 May

This is my nightly routine on days when life has caused my curls to frizz, fall or become undefined. I don’t do it every night… About every 2-3 nights, depending on how my curls are looking.

The next morning…

Thanks for watching 🙂

Would you please do a tutorial of your roller set fresh from a wet shampoo? You can do it fast mo. But I want to see it done, the products, technique, etc. Thanks in advance!

Yes. Next time I set my hair I will record a video for you 🙂

Wow! Who would’ve ever thunk that you would roll ur hair upward as opposed to downward in the back? My hair would look crazy if I did that. Do you recommend that for persons with hair of shorter length than yours?

I only roll the back upwards for my dry set… When I’m wet setting I roll it either downward or vertically.

That style is soooo cute on you! I think I would look crazy if I tried that tho. Your hair texture seems a lot finer than mine.

Yeah, my hair is fine, which is one of the reasons I love my natural hair. It was SUPER scalpy back when I had a perm. The roller set is old school, but I think it’s timeless. TRY IT! You might like it 🙂
