FOTD: Inspired by Spring

2 May

Today’s look was obviously inspired by the shirt on my back, LOL. This colorful blouse was part of my 2010 Easter outfit… And since I couldn’t wear it to church (repeats are NO NO!), this year I wore it to work. Yes I work in a public office, but the dress code is pretty liberal, so everyone is pretty much used to my crazy makeup. Soon you will be too…ENJOY!

PRIMER: Coastal Scents Shadow Worx Matte e/s primer

BASE: NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk

SHADOW: On my tearducts I used a pale, matte yellowish-green from the Shany Cosmetics 120 e/s palette. I blended that into a matte greenish-aqua (Shany) on the center of my lower lid, then blended the aqua into a matte periwinkle blue (Shany). Then I used dark purple to deepen my crease & outer v (also Shany). From the WetNWild Vanity e/s palette, I used matte camel to soften the line at my crease & off white to highlight my brow bone.

OTHER DETAILS… I used CoverGirl single e/s in Smolder to define my eyebrows. L’Oreal Collagen Mascara in Blackest Black on my eyelashes. I defined my upper lashline with WetnWild Cream eyeliner in Black (today I left my waterline naked).

LIPS: Carmex & Estee Lauder lip gloss in Rose

CHEEKS: WetNWild blush in “Heather Silk” on the apples of my cheeks

FACE: Estee Lauder pressed powder in Deep (05)
